I REALLY WOULD LIKE SOME HISTORY. WHY DID IT CLOSE? WHO OWNS IT NOW? IS IT FOR SALE? WHEN DID IT CLOSE? PLEASE INFORM ME WITH FACTS OR RUMORS. THANKS!

Closed in the 80's for lack of business. Might find a landowner on Missouri Secretary of State website and research it or the St Louis County website if you can find the address.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them try and rebuild Wet Willies. The economy in Fenton has boomed in the last 5-6 years. My uncle who lives in Fenton has already had land investors try to buy him off his property. Luckily he and everyone else in his neighborhood declined the offer. But I could see a private investor flirt with the idea of backing a project to bring back Wet Willies.

I would Love it so much if they would bring back Wet Willy' In Fenton and just reopen it. I use to go to Wet Willy' all the time in Fenton when I was a little kid. It was my Favorite Waterpark in Fenton Missouri.
